Well... here is the inked version of this drawing. Colored version will follow, but for now, here this is. As for who'd win... Goku. Sorry. I am a big Superman fan, but Goku is just too strong... and he doesn't need Earth's yellow sun to be strong. Sorry. Goku wins, doesn't even have to turn Super Saiyan.
